This morning the postman posted a parcel through our letter box and it squeaked! That means there is something exciting and noisy in there, right? Right. I had to wait for Mum to get the parcel out of the new ‘Finni-proof’ lettercage. (I’m excellent at not eating the post when someone is there to remind me but make executive decisions when I’m alone in the hall when it arrives.)
On to unwrapping – Mum thinks the first two clips are pretty educational for young Airedales, it shows a) how I’m trying to get her to open the package and b) how perfectly capable I am at doing it myself without the help of opposing thumbs.
That was the first layer of wrapping, and now for the next one.
We saw the Bad Cuz on ‘Noah’s Bark’ and Mum thought it looked like a great toy with a better squeaker in it than my usual squeaker balls (they are nearly all mute), so she ordered one of ebay. She’s really good at shopping on the internet!!!
It’s great. It bounces and squeaks at the same time, and when you throw it into awkward places it bounces right out again all by itself. Although sometimes it flies a bit haphazard and you have to figure out how to retrieve it carefully.
We are scouting out new territories for walks and have found some pretty fabulous places these last few weeks. More of that later.

Isn’t Cuz the best toy in the whole wide world, Finni?! You gotta squeeze it in the hooman’s ears sometime at 4AM and see the reaction that you get? hehehe You do one heck of a job opening pressies! We’re very impressed!

Finni! My girl said she could watch video of you ALL DAY! You are CRACKING ME UP, man! You are totally going for it with that Cuz, and the Cuz is giving you a run for your money. That’s the thing about the Cuz. They are so stinkin’ unpredictable.
By the way, you are a MASTER unwrapper! That must be an inherited skill. I try & try, but just get the package wet from sucking on it.

Finni – you are soooo funny!! My mum says you remind her so much of me because we have the exact same way of playing with toys and ‘stalking’ them – isn’t it funny how alike we can be?! That toy is great – we are going to ask for one too now we have seen it in action!
