Hi all,
I read with interest today that the new Saatchi Gallery opens this week filled with exhibits from China. One of the exhibits is made entirely of dog chews!!!! I felt completely inspired by this and promptly created a piece of art myself. I call it ‘Toil and Reward’
Please observe the artiste’s anguish in the daily toil of ridding the house of flies (and artistically glueying it to the freshly cleaned window) and then carefully placing the reward on the windowsill thus creating a direct relationship between the two objects in this photo. Very satisfactory! I wonder if the New Saatchi Gallery would be interested …
On a more serious note: Mum says if you are into buying and selling shares, now’s the time to invest in companies that produce window cleaning products. She can see a lot of ‘growth’ there …
Bye for now!
Finni
Oh Finni you are always so entertaining.. The mental picture of you gluing things to a window is priceless.
We really ‘dig’ your art there Finni – we are true art connoisseurs and like a bit of art appreciation too. We like the subtlety with which the two objects are juxtaposed – close by to one another, yet not so close as to seem obvious. Very tasteful indeed, and incredibly well thought out.
As for the mini Finnis – that’s great news! Brilliant! How will you know which one to keep – make sure he or she is the best behaved little one. You never know, your mini finnis may even end up arriving before our little brother, even though he is due on the 12th October and yours are due on the 17th! Or, they might even share the same birthday – wouldn’t that be cool.
Love the airecut too – very smart 🙂
Love Molly and Gertrude
xx
You are so artistic, Finni! Certainly the New Saatchi Gallery would pay a fortune for your masterpiece!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Hey Fini I bet you would rather have that chewy in your mouth than on the window sill.
Good bit of art though.
Ludo the cool dude.
Finni matie, gosh you’re looking very handsome. Love the piccie.
Things with Colin Harries is a little better. We’ve done a few walks together and I haven’t been awful towards him at all. Oh there was a little growl that escaped from me yesterday as we sat at a cafe but the pinkies quickly moved me away. Hmmm guess I’m not quite there yet.
